Standing up for yourself, your work, and your worth is not easy. BUT it’s necessary.
Being an entrepreneur has never been easy for me. There were times when I said yes to so many projects that didn’t align with my skills. There were times when I worked hard and didn’t get paid what my work was worth. And there were times when I accepted offers that didn’t interest me. I did it for money, to please people, and just to be in business.
I have to admit that those experiences taught me a lot about myself and my expertise.
In this blog, I am sharing what I have learned in 7 years of my entrepreneurship journey, and I keep learning. If you stop learning, it means you are not living.

1. When it’s business, nobody is emotional.
This one, I learned the hard way. I am a person who loves people and creating connections. But in business, there is almost no space for emotions. It is what it is, it is business, my friend. You can make connections, you might keep your connections after the business relationship, but it is very rare compared to widespread industry insight.
