Celebrate Your Wins (Even if they’re small)
I started my week with a huge blessing and an awakening, one more time.
I am blessed because I won; I am awakened because I am wiser.
Accomplishing something is great, but you know why it’s also great? After you achieve what you’ve worked for, you’ll notice who your true friends are!
Let’s delve deeper into that…
You just have to keep being yourself. When you can’t achieve what you’ve worked for, keep going. When you accomplish what you’ve dreamt of, keep working on it even more.
Why? Because in both scenarios, there will be obstacles trying to get in your way; and these obstacles mostly appear in the form of other people! Yes, you read it right. Your worst enemies are the people around you. The people who don’t want you to succeed; the people who want to put you down; the people who covet what you have because they don’t.
Celebrating your friend’s success is a big deal, especially in the world we live in today. It’s not easy to be happy for someone. It’s difficult to applaud someone who achieves what you want, right? But when you are, when you can be happy for someone you love and celebrate them no matter your circumstances, then you are a REAL friend and an amazing human being.
