Two weeks ago, I shared a sneak peek of my latest virtual speaking experience at the Ignite Your Impact Summit by Amy Walker.
In the video, you can see how I set things up and delivered my speech, with the circle light, microphone, and camera ready to roll.
Besides the technical aspects, there are also some physical and spiritual preparations that I always make, which are listed below:
Stand Up!
I always deliver my virtual speeches while standing. Before I speak, I do some jumping jacks or just jump a little to get my blood flowing.
Smile!
When I’m ready to speak, I make sure to have a big smile on my face as I’m introduced.
